Every service has a public AED price — no VAT is charged, because the seller is not yet VAT-registered in the UAE — and honest limits in numbers. You order and pay in the client panel at app.web-svc.com — the same price book the checkout uses.

What happens right after I pay?
You answer the short intake form while ordering and hand over access through the panel’s encrypted storage rather than email; the paid order then opens the service on its own page, and you file your first request from there. Every request is estimated first, free; requests estimated at 2 hours or less start without waiting for your approval, and anything larger waits for you to approve the deduction. Hours are logged in quarter-hour steps, each with a line you can read.
My site isn’t on WordPress — can I still order?
Our launch focus is WordPress and WooCommerce, and that is what the scopes on this site are written against. Other platforms are served through the same services where the work fits, and through a Custom Offer where it does not — a written proposal within 2 business days of your brief.
Is this an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)?
It works like an AMC without the lock-in: billed monthly, cancel anytime, and the annual plan carries the same freedom — cancel it and months that have not started are refunded in full. No 12-month chains, and routine plan work never consumes your included hours.
Is VAT charged on these prices?
Not yet. Every price you see is in UAE dirhams and no VAT is added to it: the seller is not yet registered for VAT in the UAE and holds no TRN, so your invoice carries no VAT line and cannot be used to recover input VAT. The amount on the page is the amount on your invoice. When the seller registers, prices will be shown inclusive of 5% VAT.
